| • | Land acquisition, development and/or construction loans |

| • | Investments in income properties of all types |

| • | Refinancing or recapitalization of operating entities where management has a demonstrated track record of success |

| • | Investments in entities with assets negatively impacted by current capital market challenges |

| • | The purchase of specific project debts or loans on a single loan or portfolio basis |

| • | Waterfront properties, golf courses and similar properties with unique characteristics |

| • | Special situations requiring creative capital structures or operating solutions |

|
| • | Debtor-in-possession (DIP) and exit financing |
